Refund policy
We have a self-service 14-day return policy, which means that you submit a request via the link below. To be eligible, it must be submitted within 14 days after receiving your item, be in the same new condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, as measurements are clearly posted, we cannot accept returns for reasons of size unless there is a discrepancy greater than the stated allowable amount. Gift cards or Final Sale Items are not eligible for refund.
To request a refund and generate postage click here to be redirected to the login page. If your return meets the qualifications for refund, postage will be generated at no cost to you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return for approval of refund. If your return is in the appropriate condition, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, to the original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refunded amount. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at heather@thefinishingtouch.live.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and offer the appropriate remedy. We do not accept returns for damages more than 5 days after receipt so please inspect your items right away.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
